#HappyHourClub 15 / Coffee with Coconut Water
This weekend was rough. I thought for sure I had survived my summer cold but unfortunately it came back with vengeance. So for this Monday, I'm keeping it simple with coffee and coconut water—drinking as much electrolytes as I can. Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of cold brew coffee (I love Trader Joe's)
- 2 ounces of coconut water
Add ingredients from above to your cocktail shaker and shake. Then pour items into glass. Add more ice if you prefer it extra cold.
